PakZing collects personal information through fair, lawful, and appropriate means for the purpose of providing courier, logistics, and related services.

PakZing may collect the following customer and consignee information:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) Number & CNIC Copy
  • NTN (National Tax Number)
  • Email Address
  • Phone / Fax Number
  • Business Contact Information
  • Mailing Address
  • Any other information required for service provision, verification, or security purposes

Information NOT Collected

PakZing does not collect sensitive personal information such as:

  • Race, ethnicity, religious beliefs
  • Social or economic class
  • Medical history
  • Criminal records
  • History of crime victimization

Unless required by law or explicitly consented by the customer.

Management of Information

PakZing ensures strict management and confidentiality of customers' personal data.

  • All information is safeguarded using secure systems to prevent leaks, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
  • Employees and management are trained to handle personal information responsibly.
  • Retention period for personal data is 90 days, unless a longer duration is contractually required.
  • Once the purpose of the information is fulfilled, it is securely deleted or destroyed.
